in the City |
1.1 km of ASSET MASS barrier system has been chosen to protect both the workforce and pedestrians during utility works in the city centre of Sheffield.
Contractors, Costains, felt that ASSET’s MASS would provide a safe solution to this particular project. The utility works has taken place next to a live lane of traffic and at the same time allows the pedestrian walkway to remain unobstructed.
This program of works, lasting throughout 2007, will utilise ASSET MASS Siteguard with barrier movements on a regular basis. The system will continue to be dismantled and re-errected throughout the entire works on site, ensuring minimum disruption to the general public.
