THE SYSTEM

MINIGUARD®
MINIGUARD® is a high visibility safety solutionand ensures a stable secure connection. It is the basis of the ASSET MASS system and its versatility allows it to be used in many applications throughout Europe.

PEDESTRIAN GUARD
PEDESTRIAN GUARD is a development of the MINIGUARD® vehicle restraint system which is tested to current European Standards and is a cost-effective solution to improving public safety. This adapted vehicle restraint system is applicable in low speed sectors where vehicles are restricted to 30 mph. Complies with containment level T1, T2 and T3 of BS EN 1317 - 2 : 1998.

VISIRAIL GUARD
(High Visibility Pedestrian Rail) This product combines the benefits of PEDESTRIAN GUARD with a high visibility steel security rail. Complying with chapter 8 of the ‘Traffic Sign Manual’, VISIRAIL GUARD has zero wind loading and is vandal-proof.

SCREENGUARD
A hoarding panel for use on worksites where privacy is required. The high steel screen offers security combined with easy assembly in a range of situations.

SITEGUARD
This is an anti-climb, galvanised mesh fencing. SITEGUARD offers high security for the site, workers and equipment. Gates are also available.

The ASSET MASS steel base unit provides the foundation for the five different guard elements. These guard elements can be interchanged without having to replace or purchase new base sections.

FLEXIBLE SOLUTIONS
The ASSET MASS base unit is a steel barrier consisting of hot dip galvanised elements, powder coated in highly visible safety colours. Individual base units are 150cm long x 50cm wide x 42cm high and weigh 48kg. Each unit links together via vertical pins. The various ASSET MASS top sections can be added as specific jobs demand. Specially adapted units enable the system to rotate through 180°.

VEHICLE ROLL-ON ROLL-OFF STABILITY When an errant vehicle drives on to the base of the system, it helps to stabilise the barrier during impact.

NON-PERMANENT FIXING
The high visibility ASSET MASS base units are mounted unfixed to the road. Terminal anchorage is achieved with a steel buffer filled with sandbags. No coring or drilling into the road is necessary.

SPEED OF INSTALLATION
Straight forward and convenient to deliver on site, ASSET MASS offers a speed of installation to limit traffic disruption. Assembly, dismantling and repositioning requires minimal time.

THE FUTURE SAFETY SYSTEM
ASSET MASS provides protection to vehicle drivers, the workforce and pedestrians. This is where future safety legislation will be focused concentrating on Duty of Care and Industry Best Practice.

TRANSPORT
The relatively light weight and favourable shape of ASSET MASS makes storing, transporting and handling an easy matter. Up to 210m of ASSET MASS can be delivered to site, pallet packed on a single vehicle.

SIMPLE INSTALLATION
ASSET MASS is extremely quick and easy to assemble due to its unique plug-in section. Maximum safety is achieved together with a minimum of traffic-flow disruption during the assembly period. Assembly, dismantling and repositioning requires minimal time.
