ASSET EUROTRACC is the first crash cushion system to be included in the
Highways Agency ‘Approved Road Restraint Systems’ document. With
its ease of repair, high reusability and safe performance, ASSET EUROTRACC
offers both a safe and economical solution to a crash cushion system.

SAFETY
ASSET EUROTRACC is a state-of-the-art crash cushion. Tested to EN 1317-3 class
110 km/h, with an ASI of < 1,0, it is the safest system of its kind for today’s
travelling public.

INSATLLATION
The crash cushion is shipped FULLY ASSEMBLED to site and installed directly
onto concrete, with no special back-up block required.

REPAIR
Up to 98% of the system is reusable after impact. The repair process can be
carried out on site or in a safe area away from traffic. Rebuilding the system
requires only minimal spare parts following an impact.

LIFETIME
The crash cushion is designed for a minimum functional lifetime of 25 years
without major maintenance. All parts of the energy absorbing system are made of
hot-dipped galvanised steel. All materials and components used are suitable for a
range of climate conditions and are resistant to damage or deterioration in various
temperatures, or by exposure to direct sunlight.
